Hallpeer is not the event organiser, ticket issuer, venue operator or rights holder of any event unless expressly stated otherwise. Hallpeer acts exclusively as an independent intermediary facilitating access through its commercial network.
3. Our Services
Hallpeer may assist clients with event access sourcing, hospitality packages, premium seating, VIP experiences, corporate entertainment, group bookings and related concierge-level support.
All availability is subject to supplier inventory, event restrictions and prevailing market conditions. Nothing on this website constitutes a guaranteed offer of availability until confirmed in writing by Hallpeer.
4. Pricing and Fees
Prices quoted by Hallpeer reflect supplier costs, service fees, operational costs and where applicable, currency conversion and fulfilment costs.
Prices may exceed face value due to demand, scarcity, hospitality components or sourcing complexity. All prices are subject to change until confirmed in writing.
Full pricing — including all applicable fees — will be disclosed before any transaction is confirmed. No hidden charges will be applied after written confirmation.
5. Right of Withdrawal — Important Notice
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, contracts for leisure services tied to a specific date or period — including event tickets, hospitality packages and access credentials — are explicitly exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts.
By confirming a transaction with Hallpeer, the client acknowledges and accepts this exemption.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, review all event details before confirming, ensure attendee details are correct, comply with venue rules and maintain valid identification where required.
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to transact with Hallpeer.
7. Bookings & Payments
Payment terms, booking confirmation procedures, accepted payment methods and security safeguards are set out in detail in our Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
By confirming a booking, the client accepts both this document and the Booking Policy in their entirety. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, confirmed bookings are binding and non-refundable.
8. Delivery
Access credentials may be delivered via mobile ticket, electronic ticket, hospitality credential, collection arrangement or third-party delivery system, depending on the event and supplier.
Delivery may occur up to the day of the event where permitted by the organiser or supplier. Hallpeer will communicate the delivery method and timeline at the point of confirmation.
9. Event Changes, Postponements and Cancellations
Treatment of event cancellations, postponements and changes to venue, schedule, line-up, competition format or any other modification to the event as originally announced is governed in detail by our Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
In summary: postponed events remain valid for the rescheduled date; cancelled events are subject to refund recovery from the relevant supplier or organiser; modifications do not constitute grounds for refund.
10. Supplier Network
Hallpeer sources inventory through an established network of independent third-party suppliers. While Hallpeer applies rigorous standards in supplier selection, it cannot guarantee the actions, performance or decisions of third parties, organisers or venues beyond its reasonable control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hallpeer's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Hallpeer shall not be liable for event cancellations, venue restrictions, organiser decisions, supplier failures outside Hallpeer's reasonable control, travel disruptions or force majeure events.
Nothing in these Conditions limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Force Majeure
Hallpeer shall not be responsible for failure to perform where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, armed conflict, terrorism, transportation failures or public health emergencies.
13. Confidentiality
Commercial information, supplier relationships, pricing structures and sourcing methods disclosed by Hallpeer are confidential and may not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.
14. Data Protection
Hallpeer processes personal data in accordance with applicable GDPR requirements and its Privacy Policy, available on the website. Personal data collected in connection with a transaction is used solely to fulfil that transaction and related legal obligations.
15. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the client should contact Hallpeer directly in the first instance at chillaxgr@gmail.com. Hallpeer commits to responding within 5 business days.
If no resolution is reached, clients may submit a complaint to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA) or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These Conditions are governed by Estonian law.
16. Modifications
Hallpeer reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Conditions.
By engaging Hallpeer's services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Conditions of Use.
