How we source. Who we work with. What that means for you.

Access at this level does not come from platforms or public inventory. It comes from relationships — built over years, tested under pressure, maintained with the same standard we apply to every client interaction.

How we select our partners

Every supplier in the hallpeer network has been vetted through direct experience, not credentials. We work with people we have transacted with personally, whose word we trust, and whose performance we have verified across multiple events and markets.

We do not list inventory we cannot stand behind.

What we guarantee

Every access we offer has been sourced through a verified relationship. Before anything reaches a client, we have confirmed availability, validated the access credentials, and established a contingency if the primary route encounters an obstacle.

If something changes — and in live events, things occasionally do — we manage it. Quietly, immediately, and on your behalf.

What live events involve

hallpeer operates in a world governed by organisers, venues, rights holders and governing bodies whose decisions are beyond any intermediary's control. Event cancellations, postponements or operational changes by venues are circumstances no party in the chain can override.

What we can control — and do — is how we respond when they occur.

The standard we hold ourselves to

We would rather decline a request than source it through a channel we do not trust. We would rather tell you something is not possible than promise what we cannot deliver.

That is not a legal disclaimer. That is how we operate.
